Warranty

A non-transferable warranty is offered to the original purchaser that each new smoke alarm is free from defects under normal use for a period of 10 years (Red smoke alarms) and 2 years (ZEN smoke alarms).

Please present original sales invoice from ZEN Photoelectric Smoke Alarms with any warranty claim.

Liability does not extend beyond the original purchase price and company will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its product.

Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase simply lets us know via email or phone call.

All we ask is that you send the smoke alarms back to us with the original undamaged packaging.

When returning goods please neatly write your name and order number on the rear of the parcel and use a trackable service.

Upon receipt of the returned alarms a full refund of the purchase price (excluding initial shipping fee $14.95) will be initiated, usually within 24 hours.
