The Red 240V hardwired smoke alarm is a popular seller amongst our customers who wish to replace an existing hardwired alarm with an interconnectable photoelectric smoke alarm.
Your electrician can physically interconnect these Red 240V hardwired alarms together by installing cabling in the ceiling space. If this is not preferable, these fire alarms can also be wirelessly interconnected with other Red branded smoke alarms utilising the optional Red Wireless Base.
Note: one Red Wireless Base is required for each Red 240V hardwired alarm in the same network i.e. 3 x hardwired alarms = 3 x wireless bases.
This smoke detector uses one non-replaceable long life 10 year lithium battery to automatically provide back-up power to the alarm if mains household AC power fails.

Exceptional, professional and engaged with customer needs and problem solving.
I placed two separate orders late one evening, realising I had to add an extra alarm for a 5-pack I had just purchased. I used the website "contact us" form in the hope of getting the orders consolidated into a single package, and also for the additional alarm to be synchronised / interconnected with the 5-pack.
Christian called me first thing the next morning to confirm my requests, making sure I was happy with the solution he'd put in place. I had placed the orders and used the contact form at around 10pm Monday evening, received a call on Tuesday morning at 8:30am, and the package arrived today (Wednesday). We need more businesses like this.
