I placed two separate orders late one evening, realising I had to add an extra alarm for a 5-pack I had just purchased. I used the website "contact us" form in the hope of getting the orders consolidated into a single package, and also for the additional alarm to be synchronised / interconnected with the 5-pack.
Christian called me first thing the next morning to confirm my requests, making sure I was happy with the solution he'd put in place. I had placed the orders and used the contact form at around 10pm Monday evening, received a call on Tuesday morning at 8:30am, and the package arrived today (Wednesday). We need more businesses like this.

I had ordered the wrong alarms, because 2 of my existing alarms were hard wired and couldn't legally be replaced with battery ones. I spoke to Christian on the phone for advice, and with no fuss, he refunded the ones I returned and sent the ones I needed. Excellent service.
