Only issue was with the dumb installer (me). Thought there was a problem with one of the units, contacted Christian and he was so helpful and friendly. He was concerned about the reported fault, and immediately dispatched a replacement. Turns out that there was nothing wrong with the original! How to self-install ZEN Smoke Alarms
Step 1: Remove mounting bracket
Step 2: Install screws and attach to ceiling
Step 3: Affix smoke alarm to mounting bracket

For orders of less than a 5 pack bundle, our shipping fee is $14.95 for standard delivery.
For time critical orders select the express shipping option at the checkout page, express shipping is $21.95.
Orders received before 1:30pm (AEST) on a business day are shipped the same day.
Orders received after 1:30pm (AEST) are shipped the next business day.
Delivery
Orders are shipped from our south east QLD warehouse using Australia Post. Australia Post will email a tracking number which can be used to monitor delivery progress. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
If you are not home to accept delivery, a calling card will be left to make alternative collection arrangements.
Warranty
A non-transferable warranty is offered to the original purchaser that each new smoke alarm is free from defects under normal use for a period of 10 years (GT Smoke Alarms) and 2 years (ZEN Smoke Alarms).
Please present original sales invoice from ZEN Photoelectric Smoke Alarms with any warranty claim.
Returns
We offer a 30 day easy returns policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know via email or phone call.
All we ask is that you send the smoke alarms back to us with the original undamaged packaging.
Goods are to be posted back at the buyer’s expense. When returning goods please neatly write your name and order number on the rear of the parcel and use a trackable postal service. Customer maintains responsibility for goods until they have been confirmed delivered and received by ZEN Smoke Alarms.
Upon receipt of the returned alarms, a refund of the purchase price less a $14.95 re-stocking fee will be initiated within 24 hours.
