floor tiles removed. I found the tutorial on the website on how to turn them off then rang and spoke directly to Christian. He gave me some more tips on clearing out the alarms. Long story short one was too full of dust. I was totally prepared to pay for a replacement but Christian sent out a new alarm free of charge.
